New England Trained Interpreters Association (NETIA) was established in 2006, serving the New England region.

Mission/Purpose Statement:

The New England Trained Interpreters Association is:
committed to improving access to interpretation services, to promoting professional development for interpreters, formulate and maintain standards of professional ethics, practices and competence,  and developing support and networking for trained interpreters.
